人との関係について考える中で、僕はリーダーシップとは何かが少し分かった気がします。
リーダーシップとは、「話をするたびにやる気を増やす事」だと感じます。話す度に人のやる気を削ぐようなリーダーの組織は成長しません。話すたびに、さらに前に進もうという力をお互いに与えられるようになること、だと思います。
